You know you are officially a grown-up when you are forced to drink black coffee in the a.m. and you find that you actually like it! This could be a game-changer today for getting back to a healthier lifestyle. I had to fast overnight so I could have labs taken and no joke, I think I had issues sleeping last night just because I was being a big baby about waking up in the morning and not being able to add half and half and a dash of cinnamon to my organic French roast.     I don’t have an air fryer but perhaps I can roast in my oven? I know brazil nuts are low-carb and very healthy. I also love pistachios. I say a big NO to beef tallow. I use Olive Oil as it is healthier!
