1 can Busch’s Baked Beans

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 a white onion, chopped fine

2 teaspoons of bacon fat

2 teaspoons of molasses

2 teaspoons of ketchup

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup of panko bread crumbs

To assemble the best baked beans ever, firstly in the the bacon fat, caramelize your onions, add in the garlic just for one minute. Set aside. Let the onion mixture cool, then mix in your molasses and the ketchup. Then add the can of baked beans. Layer this in a oven-safe dish. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese, then the bread crumbs. Bake at 275 for twenty minutes.
