H is for hungry

   I’m always hungry.
I have always been this way. Growing up my family always inhaled the Sizzler buffet and I grew to love buffets at a early age. When I was about twelve I went to Las Vegas for the first time and had a real Vegas buffet and I was blown away.
I love to eat and have a huge appetite. That is why I strive to run so much (Well one of the reasons; besides trail running is absolutely gorgeous and I cover more miles running than hiking)
As beach season is almost here I have been trying really, really hard to eat less goat cheese and more veggies.
    It has been hard.
I do love the goat cheese.
I have discovered in this last week how awesome juicing is.
Check out this recipe for Beet Juice; I’m so making this.

Good luck with program to be beach ready. Hope it goes well. I’m one who can’t stand to be full, and really dislikes buffets. I never feel like buffets are good, not fresh, and always wonder who’s put their fingers in stuff…sneezed or picked up stuff with dirty hands. All you can eat places aren’t a good deal for me, lol.

Beet juice has got to be the most beautiful color in the world – I think someone at Crayola needs to name a crayon after it! I have tried store-bought beet juice but it hasn’t been great, maybe I will try homemade. Love roasted beets and goat cheese in a salad, yum!

Love your blog name, btw! happy A to Z-ing!
