Why am I blogging? My hands are like claws right now from nine hours of holding a paint brush..
But my taco dip is in the oven and I need to write down the recipe right now before I forget and before the oven beeps.
Taco Dip
ground turkey, cooked
feta cheese or goat cheese
your favorite salsa
corn on the cob
Greek yogurt
cheddar cheese or pepper jack or both
one can of re fried beans
Ortega chili’s
black olives
Mix together the cooked turkey, Greek yogurt, chili’s, salsa, corn (Removed from cob) and beans. Put in a baling dish. Next layer is all cheeses your prefer and olives on top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until the cheese bubbles.
