Pesto Turkey Bacon Breakfast Melts

Getting back into shape means hurting a little.
    Or a lot.
Getting into shape and eating healthy does not mean you have to eat toast that tastes like cardboard or nothing but protein shakes.
Yes this sandwich has cheese on it (fat!) but I don’t see fat as calories.
I see fat as energy points.
I love cheese and would never give up cheese ( My favorite food group!) ever.
I just figure if I am going to eat a ton of lactose I will have to work out more.
Today while P90Xing I attempted to do my first “girl” push up.
You have got to be fucking kidding me!?
I thought girl pushups were spose to be easy?
In girl push ups you balance on your knees.
One girl push up was killing my knees.
I will take the harder “man” push ups any day.
And than I will eat more goat cheese.
