N is for Nut Bars…Gluten Free Fruit and Nut Trail Bars

My version of a Cliff Bar


1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tab chia seeds
2 tab honey

Put the raisins and seeds in the food processor, chop until pretty fine. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Oil a baking sheet with coconut oil.
Press the bars into the baking sheet.
Cook at 350 for 20 minutes.
