Just a Few Blessings in this Life

   I Saw this inspiring quote from a new blog I just began following and it inspired me to take a look at my life and the little thinks that I am grateful for.

     Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change…  let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe.
– James 1:17 (ESV), Hebrews 10:28b

     I feel so blessed in my life every day.
    If I had to narrow it down to just a few things that make my life worth living;

    One would be my incredible friends ships. My friends are my life and every time they make me laugh and the adventures we have are memories to last a life time. I love these guys weither we are back packing up a mountain, having a fun day at the race track or enjoying a day floating in inner tubes at the creek.

    Two for sure would be I’m so grateful for the chances I have had to travel to Europe and to Mexico.  I love travel with a passion and I am so thankful to god every day that every time we went to Mexico between 1997 and 2007 we made it home safely (Even if some of us pooped ourselves)
     I feel so blessed for the trips I made all around Europe a few years ago. Some fun times were had in Paris,

Munich and

Venice.

    The third thing I am so grateful for is every day I get out of bed and my back does not hurt. I have lived with back pain for the last four years some days so bad I could not stand up straight or walk. Every day that I put on my running shoes and stride up a mountain I thank god that I am still out there running the trails that I love.

   It really is hard to narrow it down to just a few things to be grateful for.
