Finally smoked the damn duck for Tyler today! I know it took me like a month to actually get to it. After a day of drinking beers at the lake threw the duck and some chicken on the grill with some cowboy coffee rub. It tasted okay, kind of reminded me of liver. Give me some more duck, Tyler; next BBQ I’ll try it Anthony Bourdain style!
