Black Berry Shortcakes with Sweet Mascarpone Cream

1 cup blackberries
6 short cakes
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup sugar ( Or agave nectar)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp Meyer lemon zest

Combine the mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla and zest.
Slice each short cake in half, top with a dollop of the sweet cream and a few blackberries.
